I am Meredith Anastasio, J.D., MSEL, an experience strategist, senior events executive, and the founder of MAEvents, LLC. I help organizations transform ideas into intentional experiences that strengthen relationships, build community, elevate thought leadership, and advance strategic goals.
 

I have spent my career on the belief that a room is never neutral. Every agenda decision either builds toward something or quietly wastes the time of everyone in it. I believe the people in the room are as important as those on the stage, and that the most valuable experiences are intentionally designed to create trust, participation, meaningful relationships, and momentum that extends well beyond the event itself.

That philosophy now shapes my work across executive conferences, leadership forums, and signature client programs. It is the same discipline behind Emerging Technology by Opal Group, the "Age of AI" series I built and continue to lead across healthcare, governance, compliance, HR, women's leadership, and creativity.

My background includes a J.D. and an MSEL, along with senior events leadership roles at organizations including Compliance Week and BRG. That legal and strategic training does not sit outside the work. It is why the programs hold up: every agenda decision has a reason behind it, not just a slot to fill.
